Good Morning Chocolate!

This tasty shake is both travel and kid-friendly. It contains at least 10g of protein, 3g of fibre and 2.5g of heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids which makes for a great breakfast. You can freeze them in popsicle containers for a nice frosty snack.



  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 banana (can be frozen)

  • 3 Tbsp of hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp of ground flaxseeds (1 Tbsp for adults)

  • 1-2 Tbsp of pure cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of pure maple syrup

Feel free to add berries, nut butters, coconut oil, spinach….



  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix.
